The grain bill is 6 lbs Belgian Pilsner malt and 6 lbs wheat, picked for you by our previous Beat the Brewer winner, Clay Plummer.
All beers must be brewed, fermented, carbonated and a minimum of 3 gallons must be delivered in a keg to our VP Jason Coleman’s house, no later than 4:00pm on Saturday April 13th in order to be judged during the competition.
